Short Exortation

God is our natural habitat. In Him we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28). Until we hear and obey the gospel, until we find Him, we remain caged. Men and women everywhere are beating their heads against prison bars forged by their own materialism and unbelief. Their very money holds them captive. Deep calls to deep and height to height within our souls. Our art, our poetry, our works of beauty are but expressions of imprisoned creatures who dimly remember the glories of the free air and the mountains. While good in themselves, these expressions remain mere reflections of reality. Jesus is the reality behind all that we see or do.
